eCommerce & Digital Coordinator

Vos responsabilités

As eCommerce and Digital Coordinator, and in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team, you will play a key role in defining and implementing impactful digital strategies.
Your main mission will be to optimize the group’s eCommerce performance (B2B and B2C) by improving our customers’ digital experience and supporting the sales teams in achieving the defined KPI’s.
If you’re passionate about digital and want to contribute to our Group’s success, this is the job for you! An overview of your tasks :

  • Develop and implement eCommerce strategy to maximize online sales.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns, using automation techniques to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Manage CRM (loyalty, fidelity) to strengthen customer loyalty and increase retention.
  • Oversee the management of marketplaces to ensure optimum presence for our products.
  • Provide B2C support, answering customer queries and resolving problems related to online sales.
  • You will draw up an annual eCommerce plan with an ‘always-on’ component and on top campaigns that you will develop, implement and optimize.
  • Based on analyses, you improve the user experience and eCommerce conversions (B2B and B2C) in collaboration with our suppliers/agencies.
    You adapt content in CMS.
  • You develop and fine-tune our ‘customer journeys’ with a focus on conversion, retention and referrals.
    You build your own landing pages and drive traffic to the various eCommerce sites.
  • You’ll keep an eye on e-commerce and digital marketing trends, and ensure that the Group adapts its campaigns in line with new developments.
  • You draw up the necessary reports based on the data resulting from the various activities;

Votre profil

  • After training in (Digital) Marketing, and at least 4 years’ experience in an agency or with an advertiser, you’re on your way to becoming a digital whiz.
  • You have significant experience in eCommerce management, including emailing, automation and CRM.
  • You’ve already launched a brand in a marketplace.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, and getting your hands dirty with tools doesn’t scare you.
  • You love to drive projects forward and come up with proposals to make the business evolve, you’re an entrepreneur.
  • You like to take the initiative and are able to make the right decisions independently;
