Are you a sales professional with experience in the food and beverage sector? Do you have experience of managing accounts in the public sector or with local authorities (hospitals, nursing homes, hotel chains, restaurant chains, etc.)? To expand our team, we’re looking for an Institutional Key Account Manager for Flanders-Brussels! As Institutional Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of national and institutional clients. For this challenging position, we are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills.

Vos responsabilités

– As Institutional Key Account, you report to the Business Unit Manager Insitutional and are responsible for the commercial management of national and local authority customers in Flanders and the Brussels region;
– You are responsible for negotiating regional or national contracts with central purchasing bodies. In the hotel and catering sector, knowledge of public institutions is a plus, in order to meet profitability and quality targets; – You will optimize the product range and number of references with existing customers; – You will negotiate new contracts with a view to optimizing and expanding our customer portfolio in the public sector;
– You take care of cross-selling and up-selling, in collaboration with your Business Consultants colleagues;
– You negotiate terms of sale and delivery, calling on our legal department for general contractual conditions if necessary;
– You ensure coordination between the various stakeholders: customers, suppliers, finance, logistics, customer service, etc.;
– You are responsible for the administrative processing of contracts in our Salesforce CRM.

Votre profil

– You have initial B2B sales experience in the food or beverage sector. A background in the hotel sector (catering), the retirement home sector (collective kitchens, etc.), or in FMCG is an additional asset.You have excellent communication skills and, as a SPOC, you communicate fluently with customers, suppliers and internal departments; – Thanks to your analytical skills, you can easily translate figures and understand public tenders; – If you have experience in the hotel sector (Food & Beverage), in the nursing home sector (industrial kitchens, etc.) or in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), you’re the ideal candidate.If you have experience in the hotel (Food & Beverage), nursing home (industrial kitchens, etc.) or FMCG sectors, this is an added advantage;
– You are able to work independently and set priorities easily;
– You enjoy challenges, project-based work and networking;
– In addition to an excellent knowledge of Dutch, you have at least a basic knowledge of French;
– MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) holds no secrets for you. Knowledge of a customer relationship management system (Salesforce) is a bonus.
